Can I get my own personalized email address?
Yes, you can get a free Titan email address @yoursite.com along with your active Purple plan. Titan email gives you a beautiful email experience. You can easily manage your emails direct from Titan mobile app or through the webmail app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. It is also possible to pay with Mobile Wallets, Bank transfer, or PayPal. You also have the option to setup an automatic recurring payment to be automatically deducted from your card every month.
Does Purple provide web hosting?
Yes. All Purple plans include professionally-managed cloud hosting. This ensures your online store is online and highly-available, all of the time.

What happens if I didn't renew my service?
We will notify you by email every month of the recurring due payment. If you choose not to renew, we will save all your data for a period of time. During this time, your website & email addresses will be closed. After that period, if you didn’t renew, your website data will be automatically deleted.
How do I cancel the service?
Cancelling your Purple plan is simple. You can do it yourself, by navigating to the "services" section on your account with us and request cancellation. We guarantee no contracts and no hidden fees. You're free to cancel the service at anytime.
