What is a user mailbox?

A user is defined as one personalized email address (you@yourcompany). Group email aliases such as sales@yourcompany and support@yourcompany are included in pricing and don’t count as additional users.

What is the difference between Workspace and Google’s free apps?

With Google Workspace, you’ll receive a number of additional business-grade services not included with Google’s free consumer apps. These services include custom business email @yourcompany, twice the amount of cloud storage across Gmail and Drive.

Can I purchase individual Google apps?

No. When you sign up for G Suite, you’ll gain access to a set of integrated apps that work together seamlessly. For instance, you can receive a message in Gmail and instantly convert it into a Calendar event. When you make a comment in Docs, Sheets, or Slides, collaborators automatically receive email alerts. What happens if I didn't renew my service?

We will notify you by email every month of the recurring due payment. If you choose not to renew, we will save all your data for a period of time. During this time, your website & email addresses will be closed. After that period, if you didn’t renew, your website data will be automatically deleted.

How do I cancel the service?
