Support first. Then speed. Then price.
That order is the whole company. Most hosts reverse it, and you find out which when something breaks at two in the morning.
Purple Information Technologies is a managed cloud hosting company. We run websites, virtual servers, and business email for hundreds of businesses, out of seven facilities across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
The company exists because of a specific frustration: hosting support that answers in days, in templates, and without reading the ticket. Plenty of providers are cheap and plenty are fast. Far fewer will tell you what actually broke, at the hour it actually broke.
So the priorities here are ordered deliberately. Support first — real people, minutes not days. Then performance, which means NVMe storage and LiteSpeed as the baseline rather than an upsell. Then price, which stays competitive because the first two do not require us to be expensive.
That ordering also explains what we do not do. We do not run loss-leader plans that get rescued by renewal pricing, and we do not staff support with people who cannot fix the problem they are reading about.
